With the introduction of it’s new i-series of electric cars, BMW faced a sharp increase in customer care enquiries as the majority of users were as yet, unfamiliar with the intricacies of operating an electrical vehicle. 

Commissioned by BMW to tackle this problem, Poet Farmer proposed the creation of the BMW i-community. 

Today, the BMW i-community is a worldwide customer care platform and an owners community for drivers of electric BMW cars which offers a peer-to-peer platform for users to interact and answer each other’s questions, resulting in higher brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.
