More than 120 agencies had registered in the initial phase of this tender of the City of Rotterdam. 23 agencies remained for the selection phase. Ultimately, 14 agencies were selected, three of which are specifically aimed at websites & applications. The framework agreement will come into effect on 1 March 2022 for a period of two years with two options for a one-year extension.
