Informed.plus e-health platform to empower patients

“Informed consent” – the act of granting permission in the knowledge of all possible consequences is a pertinent issue within the healthcare industry. To this end, Poet Farmer was commissioned by start-up Informed to develop an online platform with the ultimate goal of empowering patients and enhance the process of acquiring informed consent.

We built an e-health platform utilising videos, 3D animations and various other content types to facilitate a better communication, understanding and trust between patient and doctor.
