Brand communication & digitalisation of the restaurant

Digters is a restaurant focused on organic foods and drinks, all sourced locally, with locations in Rotterdam and at Amsterdam Central Station. This brand new formula needed some help with their brand communication (strategy). Firstly, we created a brand identity. Secondly, we designed and developed the website. Thirdly, we set up social media channels and a periodical newsletter. In addition, we crafted a wide range of visuals, like menus, flyers, banners, etc.

Digters works closely together with Pameijer, an large care and support organisation in The Netherlands. Every week Digters delivers food packages to the many Pameijer locations in and around Rotterdam. As part of the digitalisation of this restaurant, Poet Farmer built an ordering system, including a back-office with full management of the products, clients and delivery schedule.

Digters Rotterdam is located in a shared office building. At the moment, we are developing a mobile application that allows tenants to easily order food for delivery in-house, book a table and collect ‘donnies’ for the Digters loyalty card.
